Decent trackers punish people who do not seed, so everyone seeds like crazy and therefore, it can be difficult to keep up your ratio. Seeding does use some of your bandwidth of course. Another issue is that in many EU countries, companies go after people that use torrents and specifically seeders, since seeding does not only count as illegal downloading, but also as distributing, which has much higher fees associated with it. You probably have other torrents that you are seeding. There is a limit to how many torrents you can have active. If you want, you can change that number in the options. You don't need to do anything, unless you're really desperate to seed a certain torrent. I don't use torrents very much but I've just reinstalled Windows 7 and need to use Bittorrent to get some of my Usenet stuff downloaded. I've installed the latest uTorrent and every torrent I'm trying to snatch just keeps stopping. If I stop/restart uTorrent then the torrent will download for about 5 - 10 seconds then start to slow down and ultimately stop again.
Yes i have the green network tick icon in utorrent.i had checked that first when i was not able to seed.I download torrents from public trackers but i always make sure the torrents are healthy even if there are a large amt. of peers in www.doorway.ru start to disconnect slowly when my dld has finished and then reconnect but not in much www.doorway.rully less than 10 and upload stuck between kBps.
